I did get an estimate from a company that seemed awfully high. I contacted DeSantis roofing. They are a young company, but listed with the Better Business Bureau. I'm old, so this was important to me. When I received the quote, I was informed of some roof damage that I wasn't aware of. DeSantis Roofing inspected our roof after Hurricane Milton. We had called them for an inspection just to ensure there were no issues as we had no signs of leaks, but wanted to be sure. A neighbor down the street recommended this company after they got a new roof last spring. We had terrible granule loss filling up our gutters and decided it was finally time. The team came out and walked us through the different Owens Corning options. They did the full replacement in just two days.I was very impressed with how they cleaned up every evening before leaving. They ran a large magnet over the entire driveway and lawn to make sure my grandchildren wouldn’t step on any stray nails. The house looks wonderful and we are very satisfied.

It is very hard to find honest tradesmen these days, but this roofing company is top notch. We had two skylights that leaked terribly every summer, and our roof vents were practically useless. Other companies told me I needed a completely new roof for thirty thousand dollars. AJ came out, inspected the attic himself, and gave me an honest diagnostic. His hardworking young men replaced both skylights, sealed the transitions with proper flashing, and installed new vents. They were extremely polite, laid down tarps to protect my hardwood floors, and even moved my wife's patio furniture out of the way before starting. The skylights have been perfectly dry through three heavy storms. I highly commend their integrity and attention to detail.

Our flat roof over the patio has been a nightmare for three years. It constantly pooled water and eventually started leaking into the sunroom. DeSantis Roofing came out and diagnosed it immediately. They installed a GAF TPO overlay with a proper pitch to fix the drainage issue once and for all. It took them three full days. The guys were respectful of our property, didn't play loud music, and cleaned up every single evening before leaving. We have had three massive thunderstorms since they finished, and not a single drop of water has pooled. Wish we had called this company years ago instead of patching it.

A couple of weeks ago, we had a severe rainstorm that left us with a roof leak. After a busy day at work, I decided to start reaching out to local companies and called DeSanti Roofing around 8:30 PM. He gave us two estimates: one for the immediate repair and another for preventative measures to avoid future issues. His explanation was so thorough and reassuring that I decided to go ahead with both. The crew returned a few days later and spent the entire day working hard on our roof. Not only did they fix the leak, but they also went above and beyond by doing some touch-up painting!
