Roofing Services in Apopka & Winter Garden, FL

Several shingles came off during the storm and water started showing near the laundry room. AJ took pictures from the roof, showed me the damaged section, and covered it until the crew could return. Weather pushed the repair back two days. They kept me posted and the temporary cover held.

We had a small leak around the vent over the hallway. They found the problem, fixed it, and showed me a picture before leaving. Took less than an hour.

We got three estimates for our roof. DeSantis was in the middle on price, but their estimate was the easiest to follow. It explained the basic replacement and what could change if they found bad wood after removing the old shingles. The material delivery took up more of the driveway than we expected. We moved one car to a neighbor's house for two days. During removal, the crew found a soft section near the back corner and sent us a photo before adding it to the bill. That pushed the finish into the next morning. The final amount matched the updated price we approved. The yard looked normal again by the weekend, aside from a little dust on the patio furniture.

The leak only showed up when rain came from one direction, so it had been hard to track down. The roofer spent time in the attic, then checked the area around a pipe on the back side of the house. He resealed it and replaced a few shingles. Two heavy rains later, the ceiling is still dry.

Fixed the leak over our laundry room. Thanks.

AJ gave us a transparent quote for the tear-off and replacement. No hidden fees at the end. The crew left a little dust on the patio furniture, but the roof is solid.

Jalen Pitt 16 September 2026

Another company told me I needed a full replacement. Called these guys for a second opinion and they pointed out that it was just a failed boot around a plumbing vent. Cost me a few hundred bucks instead of ten grand. Appreciate the honesty.

Low Man 16 September 2026

Our roof was 18 years old and starting to lose granules. DeSantis Roofing made the replacement painless. Quote was accurate and the new color really updates the house.

Kerry 15 September 2026

Desantis roofing did a very good job on our roof. We got four quotes from other companies and the price is about the same. What sets Desantis apart is their workmanship, attention to detail, the clean-up that they provided. I would use them again and would refer Desantis to others.

Lynnette Tapia-Iglesias 11 September 2026

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with DeSantis Roofing. I found a leak in my home and had no idea where it was coming from or even what I was supposed to do. I searched Google for roofing companies near me, compared the two that came up, and decided to go with DeSantis because their reviews seemed honest and genuine. I’m really glad I did! I submitted a quote request online and received a call within the hour. They were able to schedule an inspection first thing, which was a huge relief. AJ was great! He thoroughly inspected the roof and found that the builder had not properly sealed the off-ridge vents. There were also exposed nails that were causing the leak and potentially other leaks we didn't even know about. He explained everything to me in a way that made sense and told me exactly how he could fix it. What really impressed me was that AJ came prepared with all the materials needed to make the repairs right then and there. He didn't just fix the vent I originally called about—he addressed everything he found and provided a warranty for his work. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely went the extra mile. That is something you don't come across as often as you should anymore. I’m very happy with my experience and would absolutely recommend DeSantis Roofing and AJ to anyone who needs a roofing company. I’ll definitely be sharing my experience here and recommending them whenever someone I know needs a roofer. Thank you, AJ, for taking care of my home and making what started as a stressful situation so easy! 👏

Johng Hwan 7 September 2026

Had a branch come down on the back corner of the house. They tarped it same-day to prevent more water damage and did the permanent fix a week later. Good service.

Larissa Stoffel 6 September 2026

As first-time homebuyers, finding out we needed a new roof was stressful. We got three quotes and AJ's was right in the middle. I liked that the estimate was detailed. The crew worked hard, though they accidentally trampled some of my wife's flowerbed. The roof itself is flawless though.

They once again did an outstanding job on our roof. I’ve hired them before and they’ve never let me down. This time it was a full roof replacement, and their attention to detail was exceptional. While other contractors might overlook the small things, this team goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right.

DeSantis Roofing inspected our roof after Hurricane Milton. We had called them for an inspection just to ensure there were no issues as we had no signs of leaks, but wanted to be sure. He showed us pictures and video clips after coming down from the roof. As it turns out, there were missing shingles we could not see from the ground. Also, sections of shingles were loose. Repairs were quick and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Professional, knowledgeable and punctual. Would highly recommend.

DeSantis Roofing did a great job on my home. They finished the entire job in one day, and even removed some debris from my front lawn. I would be happy to refer them to others in the future!

AJ and crew were great. This repair was done at Lockhart Baptist Church in Orlando, Fl. The Church experienced a leak in an older roof and was in need or replacement. We had also had years long damage of a 2nd building where the soffit was literally falling off (approx. 275ft) and the roof was of the same age. When replacing the soffit the 2x6's and 2x4's behind it were rotten along with the 22" plywood backing along the entire perimeter and needed replacing. The crew came in and started on both buildings. Tear-off was Monday, replacement was Tuesday with the soffit and gutters on Wednesday. Great job. Great communication. Thank you, for a job well done. The job came in on time and on budget.

We had a great experience with DeSantis Roofing, Replaced our roof with a metal roof and we love it. All of there subs were fantastic also. I recommend them to anyone.

Called DeSantis and AJ was able to come out later that day to assess the roof damage. I signed the contract the next morning and he originally said he would get his team on it over the weekend. My family has been in this house for generations, and the old roof had historical value, but it was just too worn out. We wanted a replacement that respected the home's character. The design consultant spent hours with us, going through different shingle styles and colors, even suggesting unique flashing designs that would fit the aesthetic. The crew was exceptionally skilled, carefully protecting the original siding and landscaping. There was one minor delay with a custom trim piece, but the project manager kept us informed and it didn’t impact the overall quality. The result is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING 🏡 — a roof that looks period-appropriate yet offers modern protection. We are incredibly proud of how it turned out becuase it truly honors the home’s history.

My new roof looks AMAZING! The crew was super efficient, polite, and did a great job on the repair. AJ was straightforward with the estimate. Didn't try to push us into the most expensive architectural shingles. Roof looks great and the yard was mostly clean, just found a couple of wrappers in the bushes.

Riccardo DaSilva 28 August 2026

I have three dogs that use the backyard, so my biggest fear about getting a new roof was the nails. I explained this during the inspection. When the crew finished, they went over the grass with a magnetic roller twice. I only found one nail near the AC unit. The roof replacement took slightly longer than expected because they found some rotted decking, but they sent me pictures before charging extra. Glad it's done

Living in a strict Winter Garden HOA means getting approval for any exterior change is a nightmare. The office staff at DeSantis Roofing provided all the material samples and insurance paperwork our board demanded. Once approved, the tear-off started on a Tuesday. The dumpster was a bit of an eyesore blocking the sidewalk, but they had it hauled away by Thursday evening. The new roof survived the latest tropical storm warning without a single lost shingle, so the quality speaks for itself.

Will Murray 23 August 2026

Roof is done. No leaks. Good crew.

Michal Grzesniak 22 August 2026

After the heavy rains last month, we noticed a water spot in our garage. Called DeSantis and they sent someone out the next morning. Turns out some flashing near the valley was loose. Wonderful, respectful service from start to finish.

It is very hard to find honest tradesmen these days, but this roofing company is top notch. We had two skylights that leaked terribly every summer, and our roof vents were practically useless. Other companies told me I needed a completely new roof for thirty thousand dollars. AJ came out, inspected the attic himself, and gave me an honest diagnostic. His hardworking young men replaced both skylights, sealed the transitions with proper flashing, and installed new vents. They were extremely polite, laid down tarps to protect my hardwood floors, and even moved my wife's patio furniture out of the way before starting. The skylights have been perfectly dry through three heavy storms. I highly commend their integrity and attention to detail.

A couple of weeks ago, we had a severe rainstorm that left us with a roof leak. After a busy day at work, I decided to start reaching out to local companies and called DeSanti Roofing around 8:30 PM. Honestly, I was expecting to just leave a voicemail, but AJ answered the phone directly! He was incredibly nice and knowledgeable right from the start. A couple of days later, Omar and his crew came out to inspect the damage. Omar provided a clear, detailed explanation of what needed to be done. He gave us two estimates: one for the immediate repair and another for preventative measures to avoid future issues. His explanation was so thorough and reassuring that I decided to go ahead with both. The crew returned a few days later and spent the entire day working hard on our roof. Not only did they fix the leak, but they also went above and beyond by doing some touch-up painting! While I guess we will have to wait for the next heavy rainstorm to see the final results, I am incredibly happy with their service so far. I feel very lucky to have found such a professional and reliable roofing contractor to protect my home. I’ve already been recommending them to my neighbors. Highly recommend AJ, Omar, and the whole team!
