The Roof and Gutters Were Ready for Replacement

Small leaks, an aging roof and worn gutters led to a roof and gutter replacement at this Oviedo home. DeSantis Roofing installed a new architectural shingle roof and new gutters while coordinating the removal and reinstallation of the home’s solar equipment.

The existing roof was very old and had developed several small leaks. The gutters had also reached the point where replacement was needed, so both were included in the same project.

DeSantis Roofing installed peel-and-stick underlayment followed by Class 3 architectural shingles.

The crew also removed the old gutters and installed new ones.

Solar panels and a solar water heater were already installed on the home. The solar equipment was removed for the roofing work and reinstalled after the new roof was in place.
