The little plastic vents under the eaves were not staying in & I heard chewing in my attic. Time for new soffits. I called around & it proved to be difficult finding someone to do this. I did get an estimate from a company that seemed awfully high. I contacted DeSantis roofing. They are a young company, but listed with the Better Business Bureau. I'm old, so this was important to me. When I received the quote, I was informed of some roof damage that I wasn't aware of. My insurance had sent an agent to do a wind mitigation recently & he never said a word about the damage. I gave DeSantis roofing the job & they took care of roof repair & new soffits. Who knew soffits could be so pretty? Roof repairs have me very happy. The men worked efficiently as a team, not overly noisy & quick. They cleaned up well. AJ stayed involved during the job & was very accommodating to work around me. I'm so happy with the work. Was also impressed that they use screws to attach soffits versus nails. I have large shrubs in front of bedroom windows, not easy to work around. Job well done with no damage. Extremely pleased with DeSantis Roofing. Recommend for sure!

DeSantis Roofing inspected our roof after Hurricane Milton. We had called them for an inspection just to ensure there were no issues as we had no signs of leaks, but wanted to be sure. He showed us pictures and video clips after coming down from the roof. As it turns out, there were missing shingles we could not see from the ground. Also, sections of shingles were loose. Repairs were quick and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!
