NEW ROOF INSTALLATION

Two Materials Across One Roof

DeSantis Roofing completed a new roof for a Port Charlotte construction project with both sloped and flat sections. The crew used standing-seam metal roofing and GAF TPO.

The crew installed 1-inch standing-seam metal panels on the sloped portions and GAF TPO on the flat section. The completed roof covered both surface types on the new building.

If your plans include sloped and flat roof areas, ask the contractor to identify the material for each section in the written proposal. The scope should name both roof areas so you can review the full installation before work begins.

You can contact DeSantis Roofing to discuss roofing plans for a new building or a property with more than one roof type.
