A Separate System for Each Roof Area

A Tuskawilla home had a pitched main roof and a flat roof over the rear Florida room. The main roof needed replacement, while adhered shingles covered the flat section.

DeSantis Roofing replaced the main roof with Owens Corning Duration shingles. On the Florida-room roof, DeSantis removed the adhered shingles and installed a GAF silicone coating system.
